Cancellation Policy
Overview This 30-minute discovery call is a complimentary opportunity for us to connect, discuss your current challenges, and explore if integration coaching is the right fit for your journey. Scheduling & Attendance Booking: All discovery calls must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. You will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link upon booking. Punctuality: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and may not be rescheduled. Rescheduling: We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may need support. No-Shows: Out of respect for the time and energy involved, repeated no-shows (2 or more) may result in the inability to book future complimentary sessions. Preparation Environment: Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection where you feel comfortable speaking openly. Intention: Come prepared with a specific question or a brief overview of what you are hoping to achieve through coaching.
