No. Our approach is developmental, not clinical. We use evidence-based psychological frameworks (like IFS) strictly for professional growth, resilience, and skill-building.

While this work can definitely support therapy, the workplace trainings are not the place for deep emotional processing, more for emotional education.

Do you offer virtual training?

Yes. All workshops can be delivered virtually or in-person for teams in Seattle. For in-person events outside of the Seattle area, a travel and lodging stipend will be itemized in the final proposal.
