|Workshop: Burnout Breather
If you’re feeling completely burned out, I’ve designed a 1 hour micro-workshop just for you. We are going to skip the heavy life advice and do one simple exercise to help you find your spark and get a physical sigh of relief. Show up exactly as you are (tired is fine, camera off is fine too.)

Workshop: Burnout Breather
About the event
Are you constantly exhausted? Not just the kind of tired that a good night's sleep can fix, but a persistent, heavy, "I don't have anything left in the tank" kind of bone-deep tired? I'll bet your drive is gone, your creativity feels blocked, and just getting through the day takes everything you have.
When you are this burned out, you just need a breather. You need a safe space to pause, clear the fog, and find one tiny spark of energy to help you move forward - and this workshop is the space to do just that.
What we are doing
Join me for a quiet, low-pressure, 60-minute virtual workshop designed specifically for people running on empty. We aren’t going to set massive goals or add to your to-do list. Instead, we are going to do a simple, guided exercise to help you step out of the heavy "survival mode" and remember what it feels like to actually be you.
By the end of our hour together, you will:
Experience a physical "sigh of relief" as you step out of the burnout freeze-state.
Identify at least one specific thing that actually gives you energy right now (your "spark").
Walk away with a simple, one-sentence statement to help guide your decisions for the rest of the week.
Show up exactly as you are—tired, frustrated, or numb. Camera on or camera off. Just give yourself one hour to stop pushing, start breathing, and find your spark again.
